I have just visited what
is easily the nicest lakefront property we have listed
in all my years as a Land Specialist! This is a true
do-it-all lake with clean, clear water and a
sand/gravel bottom. It will be perfect for swimming,
fishing, boating, or just gazing at the sun as it sets
beyond the islands.
I only noticed two homes on this entire lake when I was
there, which amazed me because the quality of the water
is so fine. This lake is large enough to allow skiing,
while small enough to not get choppy or attract a large
crowd of boaters. When I was there, it was peaceful and
serene. The entire time I was walking property and
taking photos, there was a cool breeze. In fact, I was
comfortable wearing jeans in spite of the 82 degrees
indicated by the thermometer in my car.
